WebHey, had the same experience on xb1. I had a little luck and think I managed to find the problem. My guess is the item you get after endgame is bugged. Some special item I didn't find an immediate use for. I deleted my save file after endgame and tried a new character and it showed the UI and HUD as it normally should. I hope this helps.
