This is my 2nd batch ever made, day 3 after fermentation it calls for 4oz of hop pellets (1oz each of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Cascade) .. 5 days after first dry hop, it calls for 3oz of hop pellets (1oz each of Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic). The cold crash will allow the hop particles to drop out allowing you to leave the majority of them behind in the fermentor. I used to use a sanitized hop bag on the end of the racking cane to catch hop debris but I've skipped that step lately.
